Return Policy

90 Day Return Window

  • Return your unworn and undamaged clothing within 90 days of purchase for a refund
  • If a return is made after 90 days, we are only able to offer store credit.  

Conditions

Before returning items please be sure to follow these steps:

  • Clothing must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clean
    • This includes pet hair, dirt, dust, deodorant, etc.
    • Ridge reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $5 per item
  • Include invoice (order) number in return package
  • Be sure clothing is in its original packaging
  • Include original hangtags

How long does the return process take?

Transit times vary depending on location. Most returns arrive back to us within 5-7 business days of being shipped. We will do our best to process your return and issue a refund within 2 business days of receiving it.

Refunds may take up to two weeks to process due to transit times and banking processes. 

Other notes:

  • All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment
  • For exchanges, if your mailing address has changed please let us know by emailing us at info@ridgemerino.com

Exclusions

The following exclusions apply:

  • All final sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a different size and/or color pending stock levels
  • All pro deals are final sale

International Returns

Ridge will not credit customs and/or duties paid previously, these must be pursued by customers within their own jurisdictions. International return shipping is not included with purchase of product. If you would like to return a product please send the return items to either of our addresses below:
