The Black Fly Bonefish Club "fishing season" for 2010 and 2011 has been divided to reflect the increasing demands on our very exclusive and limited accommodations.
Rates are per person based on private room and shared guide.
FALL & WINTER SEASON 2011-2012: SEPTEMBER 15, 2011-MARCH 31, 2012
3 nights - 2 days fishing: $2100.00 pp....$2800.00 single angler.
4 nights - 3 days fishing: $2775.00 pp....$3675.00 single angler.
5 nights - 4 days fishing: $3400.00 pp....$4500.00 single angler.
6 nights - 5 days fishing: $3950.00 pp....$5200.00 single angler.
7 nights - 6 days fishing: $4550.00 pp....$6050.00 single angler.
SPRING & SUMMER PEAK SEASON 2012: APRIL 1- AUGUST 15, 2012
3 nights - 2 days fishing: $2220.00 pp....$2920.00 single angler.
4 nights - 3 days fishing: $2950.00 pp....$3850.00 single angler.
5 nights - 4 days fishing: $3650.00 pp....$4750.00 single angler.
6 nights - 5 days fishing: $4195.00 pp....$5445.00 single angler.
7 nights - 6 days fishing: $4850.00 pp....$6350.00 single angler
INCLUDED:
Lodging, alcohol, meals, guiding and transportation between the lodge and Marsh Harbour Airport.
NOT INCLUDED:
Transportation to Abaco, flies, terminal tackle, and other fishing equipment, personal items and gratuities.
Deposit Info
A 25% deposit (per angler) of the total package cost for each trip is due within 10 days of booking to secure the reservation. Guides and dates cannot be held or reserved without a deposit. Black Fly Outfitter reserves the right to charge a handling fee of $100 per person for date changes after the initial reservation has been made. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Documentation
As of 2006, all U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of trips dates. Please be sure that your passport has at least two blank, unstamped pages remaining in back, and that it is not torn, delaminated, or damaged in any way.
Cancellation
Refund Policy
Upon cancellation, Black Fly Bonefish Club will assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received. All cancellations must be given in writing to Black Fly Bonefish Club.
Cancellations 90 day prior to start of trip = 100% minus the handling fee ($100.00) will be refunded or applied to a future trip booked within one year.
Cancellations 31-90 days prior to start of trip = 50% refund of payment received minus the handling fee ($100.00) or 50% transfer to another date within 1 year.
Cancellations 30 days prior to start of trip = no refund or credit will be given for trips
Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis. If a cancelled package is resold then a full refund will be sent minus a $100.00 processing fee per guest.
Travel Insurance
At Black Fly Outfitter, we strongly recommend that our clients purchase basic trip cancellation protection for all angling packages and vacations. While the fact is that most destination anglers will never need travel insurance, the reality is that every once in a while, someone will. And - if you're the one who needs it, you will feel like it is one of the best investments you ever made!
Think trip insurance costs too much? THINK AGAIN! Complete trip coverage on a week-long saltwater trip for a customer between the age of 35 and 59 will cost approximately $144.00 total! If you have just paid $2900.00 for a trip, this is well worth the price. Once you purchase this policy, you will be covered on everything from trip cancellation due for jury duty all the way to a trip cut short by a tropical hurricane. This policy covers almost everything you can imagine!
After exploring numerous insurance options for our clients, we have chosen to partner with Sportsman's Travel Insurance, a well-know, respected, and experienced company that offers high quality, affordable insurance designed for traveling anglers. Their coverage includes such things as:

- * $1,000 in Trip Delay Compensation (12 hour delay/$100 per day)

Our hope and expectation is that your destination angling trip will go without a hitch (99.9% do!) Weight the situation, however, and decide for yourself whether to purchase a suplemental trip insurance policy.
